Bavaria Dubai, adding to the to the rapidly expanding hotel suites in Dubai, Prepares for Late Summer Soft Opening in 2008

The much anticipated opening of the iconic towers situated either side of the Sheikh Zayed Road at Dubai Media City in the heart of new Dubai draws closer to realization as construction proceeds at an  unprecedented pace with visible external and internal progress noted by those passing the buildings on a daily basis.

Bavaria Hotels International will be adding an inventory of 5,400 beds in 2,100 luxury suites to the rapidly expanding hotel suites in Dubai when Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai opens on Sheikh Zayed Road at Dubai Media City late summer of 2008.

Planning Bavaria Hotels International's participation at the Arabian Travel Market in May 2008, represented on both the Dubai stand and independently with its own corporate booth, Ms Sharon Foo, Marketing Manager Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai commented:

'ATM 2008 will be an exciting one for Bavaria Hotels International, with the anticipated opening of Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai later in the year.  Contracts will be issued from summer 2008 for Group Arrivals effective late 2008, and FIT bookings a couple of months earlier. Interest in the property is tremendous, and the reception for Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai has been excellent; we look forward to being an integral part of the tourism development in the UAE in the coming years.'

The Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai team will be meeting with many local, regional and international travel agents and tour operators at the Arabian Travel Market, as well as with potential new operators interested in large scale properties for the growing group and incentive market.  Thomas Gertz, CEO Bavaria Hotels International commented:

'Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai will not only be working with Dubai's existing travel industry partners, but also looking at ways of developing new relationships that will benefit the city as a whole.  Many of these new relationships will be operators looking for large scale properties to accommodate groups, meetings and incentives that the city has previously been unable to welcome due to high demand for existing accommodations and function rooms, and the regional family market where larger accommodations with self catering facilities are much appreciated.  We are all working together to promote the destination, which makes this a very exciting time to be opening hotels!'
